Dense opaque purple colour. Voluptuous texture with deep purple layered, luscious blackberry and plum fruit. Matured in high quality French oak. Nicely balanced firm tannins. A powerful and elegant wine of immense concentration and aging potential.

Sebastian Shiraz 2006
An elegant wine with perfectly ripened blackberry and plum fruit, liquorice and hints of dark chocolate. Maturation in high quality French and American oak has created a complex layered finish with fine tannins and notes of vanilla and spice.

Blewitt Springs Shiraz 2005
Elegant with a complex bouquet and palate. Ripe berry fruit with subtle oak notes and soft integrated tannins.

Grenache Shiraz 2005
An intense combination of raspberry, cherry and spice from the Grenache and plum and blackberry fruit from the Shiraz. Well balanced with good structure and long finish.
